Philip Louis Castillo
Philip is a lover of art and life. Raised in an artistic family, he started his art journey in 1976 when he bought his first original piece. Being an artist and creating art came to fruition in the late 70’s – early 80’s while living in Italy where he was mentored by an American Artist, William McCoy. McCoy’s influence shaped his direction as an experimental artist. This showing represents years of development and experimenting with different mediums: oil pastels, acrylics, and watercolors. Being innovative and creative is his passion and art direction in life.
